Ticket Information:
All Events may be purchased in person, on-line, and by phone. Independence Events Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. to assist customers for all events.  On event days and weekends the Independence Events Center Box Office will open one hour before door time to service customers for that evening 's event only. We encourage all customers to visit the box office during regular box office hours, Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.  to purchase tickets for all upcoming events at the Independence Events Center. The box office is located at the main entrance on the East side next to the team store.

• Tickets can be purchased by phone calling  1-866-I-Get-Tix or 1-866-443-8849 (Phone Hours are 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), (11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Saturday) and (11:00 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Sunday).

A Few Things to Remember About Your Tickets

• Check your tickets before you leave the box office, end your call with the phone center or click purchase to reconfirm your order

• Treat your tickets like cash. They are valuable and can't be replaced if they are lost or stolen.

• Be careful not to damage your tickets or remove the stub as this will invalidate the ticket.

• No re-entry. Once you exit the venue, there will be no re-entry permitted. Access is subject to specific rules.

• Photo ID is required to pick up your tickets at will call.

• Beware of buying tickets from an unauthorized source. Tickets bought through the venue box office, www.GetTix.net, GetTix.net Call Centers or an authorized GetTix.net outlet are guaranteed to have a valid bar code.

• Third-Party "Will Call" is not accepted and you will not be able to leave tickets at the box office for others to pick up. We recommend that you distribute tickets to your family and friends ahead of time.
